PURPOSE: A cutter device and a cutter holder are provided to easily replace a cutter wheel by freely attaching or detaching the cutter holder to or from the cutter device. CONSTITUTION: A cutter device comprises a cutter wheel(34A), a holder joint(40A), and an attaching unit(36). The cutter wheel is supported on the bottom of a cutter holder(30A). The holder joint has a supporting hole part(43) for supporting the cutter holder. The attaching unit is formed on the top of the cutter holder and is installed on the holder joint.
