The present invention relates to a catalyst for removing nitrogen oxides from exhaust gas, a preparation method thereof, and a method for removing nitrogen oxides from exhaust gas using the same. More specifically, the invention is provided to improve hydrothermal stability of the catalyst through hydrothermal treatment of ceramic fabric carriers before washcoating. The catalyst prepared according to the present invention has high hydrothermal stability and can maintain catalyst activity for a long time. Furthermore, as a result of the catalyst being used in removing nitrogen oxides from exhaust gas, the removal rate of nitrogen oxides can be substantially improved.
