PURPOSE: An outdoor unit of air-conditioner is provided to prevent the penetration of water to a circuit board in a control box. CONSTITUTION: An outdoor unit of an air-conditioner comprises a circuit board(220) which includes a control part(225), a heat sink(230) which is arranged in one side of the circuit board and cools the circuit board, a control box(210) which surrounds the circuit board and wherein the heat sink is projected through an opening in one side of the control box, a moisture-absorbing material(250) which absorbs moisture with being arranged between the opening of the control box and the heat sink, and a substrate cover(240) which protects the circuit board with being arranged between the circuit board and the heat sink. |
