PURPOSE: A virtual golf simulation apparatus and a method are provided, which can simulate a virtual golf course. CONSTITUTION: A virtual golf simulation apparatus comprises: a storage(T) storing virtual user's play information; and a controller(M) controlling a play through the virtual golf simulation apparatus based on virtual users and user's play information. A virtual user is the first virtual user information which is generated based on the play information played through the virtual golf simulation apparatus.
