<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to quickly comprehend the suffer status at a disaster. <P>SOLUTION: A disaster prevention communication system 10 includes: a mobile phone carrier network 190, that configures the telecommunication network of mobile phone and provides a communication infrastructure monitoring server for monitoring the communication network; and a fire-fighting and disaster prevention radio communication network 300, that configures a business radio communication network and provides a victim movement monitoring server for monitoring the communication network and a rescue movement monitoring server. The communication infrastructure monitoring server for the mobile phone carrier network 190 specifies a service area where failures occur at disaster, and the server informs the fire fighting and disaster prevention communication network 300 of the service area. The victim movement monitoring server and the rescue movement monitoring server inform wireless units under controlling of the specified service area wherein the failures occur, and acquires the acquired information, concerning mobile phones constituting the sensor network via the sensor network while the wireless unit is located within the service area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
