PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a siphon draining device that can reduce a manufacturing cost of the device by reducing a manufacturing cost of trigger means for starting or stopping draining. SOLUTION: A siphon draining device 1 includes, in order to drain water from the inside of a reservoir tank 2 to the outside of the reservoir tank 2, a first siphon tube 3, a trap portion 4, a second siphon tube 5, an air flow tube 6 for communicating top parts 3a and 5a of both the siphon tubes 3 and 5 with each other, and a trigger valve 7 for opening and closing the air flow tube, of which constituent elements are continuously connected in this order. The trap portion 4 is filled with water, and the first siphon tube 3 is filled with air and sealed. In this state, draining can be stopped by closing the trigger valve 7, and draining through the second siphon tube 5 can be started by opening the trigger valve 7. Because the trigger valve 7 is provided at an intermediate position of the low-pressure air flow tube 6, strength thereof does not have to be made as much as it can sustain a pressure by water flow; thus, it may be low strength.
