<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition and/or a dermatological composition for reducing or preventing the signs of ageing of the skin or its integuments. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cosmetic composition comprises, in a physiologically acceptable medium, a combination of at least one monosaccharide selected from among mannose, rhamnose and a mixture thereof and at least one additional compound selected from among adenosine, an analogue thereof and a mixture thereof, where the additional compound is adenosine, 2'-deoxyadenosine, 2',3'-isopropylideneadenosine, toyocamycin, 1-methyladenosine, or the like.
