<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing gasket deformation which enables the device to prevent a gasket from deforming, to prevent a surface pressure of the gasket from being deteriorated and to prevent a fluid from blowing out, and to provide a piping device incorporating a valve with the gasket attached therein. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the device of preventing deformation of the gasket which is provided with a valve 4 and a valve seat 5 which are provided at the middle of a fluid passage in such a state that they are connected with each other and the gasket 6 which seals between the valve 4 and the valve seat 5, the device for preventing the gasket deformation is provided with a wall 7a corresponding to a part or all of the outer periphery of the valve 4 so as to prevent the gasket 6 disposed between the valve 4 and the valve seat 5 from being deformed from the outer periphery of the valve 4 toward the outside of the valve 4, and the piping device incorporating the valve 4 with the gasket attached therein is provided.
