The present invention relates to an LED lamp having an air-cooling, heat-dissipating vent channel, wherein natural air introduced through an air inlet formed at the lower portion of the lamppost passes through the vent channel formed in the lamppost, and subsequently passes through the vent channel of the lamp, and is transferred to an outer vent surface corresponding to the heating contact surface of a lamp case which contacts a PCB, to thereby dissipate heat generated by the PCB in an air-cooling method.
