The intramedullary apparatus according to the invention for arthrodesis and osteosynthesis comprises at least one intramedullary tractive element (4), which is anchored in a first bone or bone fragment (1) and which can be guided through a first bone channel into a second bone channel of a second bone or bone fragment (2). From the second bone channel, the at least one intramedullary tractive element (4) can be guided through a bore in the bone wall to a suitable position (2.3) on an outside of the second bone or bone fragment (2), where it is fixed using a tensile element (6.1 and 6.2) and subjected to adjustable tensile stress. Said tensile stress can be reversibly adjusted in some preferred embodiments, whereby the adjustment of the spatial angle between the two bones or bone fragments in preferred embodiments can also be corrected postoperatively. |
