Disclosed is a reciprocating compressor which can prevent a deformation of a sleeve (22), when the sleeve (22) is to be fixed to a connecting rod (23), by fixing the sleeve (22) using a separate fixing member (31 ) elastically coupled to the connecting rod (23), and accordingly, the sleeve (22) may smoothly perform a sliding-rotation with respect to a eccentric portion (13a) of the crank shaft (13), thus to enhance compressor efficiency by preventing abrasion between a piston (24) and a cylinder block (21 ).
