A process is described for manufacturing stacks (1, 2) of capsules (3) for beverage-delivering machines, comprising the steps of : providing a plurality of capsules (3); joining the capsules (3) through at least one elongated joining element (5) to form such stacks (1, 2). Stacks (1,2) of capsules (3) are also described, manufactured through such process.
