PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CMOS sensor having high precision without significantly increasing cost.

SOLUTION: A method and system for providing precision improved in a CMOS sensor system according to an embodiment includes: a plurality of sensor devices each having a first terminal 114 and a second terminal 116 on a complementary metal oxide semiconductor substrate 112; a plurality of first switches configured to selectively connect the first terminal 114 to a power supply and selectively connect the first terminal 114 to a read-out circuit 108; and a plurality of second switches configured to selectively connect the second terminal 116 to the power supply and selectively connect the second terminal 116 to the read-out circuit 108.
