<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health food material enabling easy bringing of silicon of a silica compound in a positive ion condition into the body and certain absorption of the positive ion into the stomach and the intestines of the body, and further the cell to which the positive ion insufficiently circulates in the body, promoting the normal action of the stomach, the intestines, the cell or the like, and effective for physical constitution amelioration such as treatment of elimination of cancer or cancer physical constitution, and improvement of an immunity power. <P>SOLUTION: This health food material is obtained by enclosing a silica compound S which enables generation of a positive ion by crushing with the teeth, in a capsule K chewable in the oral cavity.
