<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wedged anchor clamp wherein assembly on a support, such as a steel tower or a utility pole, is facilitated and it is possible to improve workability and completely prevent a part from falling during assembling work. <P>SOLUTION: The wedged anchor clamp includes: a clamp body 10 having a groove 10b in which an electric wire 1 is inserted; a wedge retainer 14 placed on the electric wire 1 in the groove 10b; a center bolt 13a that penetrates the clamp body 10 and the wedge retainer 14 and fixes them; a wedge 16 press fit in between the wedge retainer 14 and the electric wire 1 to fix the electric wire 1; a pair of parallel coupling plates 12 whose one ends are pivotably supported by the inserted center bolt 13a; and a reinforcement plate 15 that is attached to the lower part of the exterior of the clamp body 10 and whose upper part covers the coupling plates 12 to allow the center bolt 13a to penetrate. The anchor clamp is provided with collars 11. The collars are cylindrically extended in the areas between both sides of the clamp body 10 and the reinforcement plate 15 where the center bolt 13a is inserted and communicate with them.
