PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marking torque wrench reducing the number of components, downsizing and reducing a weight as a whole. SOLUTION: An ink cartridge 2 has a stamp 58 for carrying ink, and is mounted on an angular drive 20 from the opposite side of a socket 3. The stamp 58 enters a through-hole 31 via a through-hole 23, comes into contact with a bolt 19 engaging with an engagement part 33, and moves to a marking position for applying the ink. A link mechanism 4, an upper magnet 5, a cap 7, a hook 8, a cartridge case 9, a lower magnet 10 and a bush 28 move the stamp 58 to the marking position in response to an increase in relative displacement between a torque wrench head 15 and a torque wrench grip 13 by operation of a toggle mechanism 18.
