PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair that can improve seat-cushioning characteristics and maintain high storage efficiency under the condition of the chair folded. SOLUTION: The chair includes a seat for a user to sit on and legs connected with the sides of the seat. The seat has a seat body with cushioning characteristics, holding members to hold the seat body, and a support member to support the holding members. The seat body extends into the space regulated by the face passing the top edge and the face passing the bottom edge of the support member. The legs include the first leg and the second leg. The chair makes a usable state interchangeable with a folded state according to opening or closing of the first leg and the second leg. The chair can be stacked on others in the folded state.
