PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch release bearing device reduced in manufacturing cost and enabling downsizing of a clutch device, because of fewer parts mounted therein. SOLUTION: The clutch release bearing device 10 is equipped with: a first retaining member 40 equipped with a small diameter clutch release bearing 20, and a large diameter clutch release bearing 30, and axially slidably fitted on the outer circumference of a sleeve 11 forming a guide shaft; a first connection member 50 movably retaining the small diameter clutch release bearing 20 in the radial direction with respect to the first retaining member 40; a second retaining member 60 axially slidably fitted on an outer circumference of the first connection member 50; and a second connection member 70 movably retaining the large diameter clutch release bearing 30 in a radial direction with respect to the second retaining member 60.
