<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuse resistor suitable for downsizing, which can improve mounting stability on a circuit board, and moreover in which, even when a pair of resistors are housed in a case together with a thermal fuse, there is no possibility of short circuit between these respective members. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fuse resistor 1-1 includes: a resistor unit 10 formed by arranging parallel the thermal fuse 11 and the resistors 21, 31 connected with the temperature fuse 11 in series and heating the thermal fuse 11; the case 60; and a filler 90 filled in a housing portion 61 of the case 60. A pair of terminals 45, 47 are protruded from a position shifted by a prescribed distance toward right and left reverse directions from the center of both opposing sidewalls of the case 60. A partition plate 63 to partition the end part of the opposite side where the thermal fuse 11 and the resistor 21 are connected from the bottom face of the housing portion 61, and a partition plate 65 to partition the end part of the opposite side where the thermal fuse 11 and the resistor 31 are connected therefrom are set up.
