<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burning appliance capable of accurately detecting whether or not a constant amount or larger of hot water in a bathtub is circulated during reheating operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When reheating operation is started, a circulating pump is driven by a drive circuit, and it is determined whether or not a rotating frequency detected by a rotating frequency detection means is a rotating frequency reference value or lower. When it is determined that the rotating frequency detected by the rotating frequency detection means is the rotating frequency reference value or lower, a difference between a going temperature and a return temperature of bathtub circulating water detected by a temperature detection means is calculated, and it is determined whether or not the calculated difference is within a range between a first temperature reference value and a second temperature reference value. When it is determined that the calculated difference is within the range between the first temperature reference value and the second temperature reference value, it is determined that a constant amount or larger of hot water in the bathtub is circulated.
