PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for generating microbubbles including a pump that can be started by feeding priming water thereto with ease in spite of its relatively simple structure, which device can easily be handled by a user and is excellent in operability. SOLUTION: The device (1) for generating microbubbles takes in water and air to generate and eject water comprising microbubbles, which device includes a suction nozzle (7) disposed in a bathtub (6) to suck water present therein, an air introducing member (31) comprising an air intake port (38), a body (70) that generates and ejects water comprising microbubbles using air taken in from the air introducing member (31) and water taken in from the suction nozzle (7), and the like. The body (70) includes a pressurizing pump (4) for pressurizing and sending water mixed with air, and a priming water supply means such as a manual pumping member (72) for feeding priming water to the pressurizing pump (4), disposed in a water supply line (71).
