The display has elementary modules (1) including matrix type combined complex illuminating points (2) with elementary illuminating points (2-B, 2-G, 2-R) for red, green and blue colors. An insulative and opaque aluminum oxide layer is formed on a side part (31) of the display. Thick layers made of sodium or potassium silicate are attached on upper and lower sides of the display. The thick layers seal an entire surface of the display against external influences. An electrically conductive and transparent indium tin oxide layer is vapor coated as an anode of an organic LED.
