PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of mandarin orange drink and the mandarin orange drink manufactured thereby are provided to increase the flavonoid content and to improve productivity of the mandarin orange drink with mandarin orange peel. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of mandarin orange drink includes the following steps: pulverizing and washing mandarin; agitating and decomposing the pulverized materials with pectinase enzyme; separating squeeze from enzyme hydrolysate; mixing the squeeze with purified water and liquid fructose; sealing the mixed liquid in a container; and sterilizing the container. An agitating and decomposing step is performed for 30 minutes in 15°C~30°C.
