PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance long term stability of ink quality, and to ensure efficient printing. SOLUTION: The number of part items exposed to ink is reduced by using a pressure pump or a pressure reducing pump to feed ink and controlling the pressure in an ink tank, and deterioration of ink is prevented by filling a flexible tank with an inert gas, using that gas in place of air, and attaining a closed system which is not opened to the atmosphere, so that efficient printing is ensured by feeding ink reciprocally through a circulation head.
