<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a metal nano structural body array made of a material which is difficult to manufacture in the conventional technique, in a large area without passing through complicated processes. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing metal nano structural body array comprises processes of: pressing a mold having a fine opening array against the surface of metal; and, thereafter, removing the mold from the surface of metal to form a metal nano structural body on the surface of metal.
