<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet holder which can exhibit a strong attractive force, using an undersize magnet and make a description shown on the surface of an object for the holder to be secured to easily legible. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This magnet holder has an attractive part 13 which internally houses a magnet M, with an attractive surface 131, formed at the lower part of the holder, which attracts an adherend 70. This attractive surface 131 has a gap D1 left opened to the surface of the adherend 70 when the attractive surface 131 does not work. In addition, the attractive part 13 and a circular pressing part 11 are connected together with the help of three connection parts 12 of bar-like member type, and the connection parts 12 and the pressing part 11 are totally made of a transparent material.
