POLYESTER FILM FOR ANTI-BLOCKING AND RELEASE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A polyester film and a manufacturing method thereof are provide to remove an adhesion layer formation process by obtaining the improved adhesion force of a release layer and a base film. CONSTITUTION: A polyester film comprises the following: a base film(20); an anti-static layer(10) formed by coating an antistatic composition solution on one side of the base film; and a silicon mold release layer(30) formed by coating a release solution containing polysiloxane, siloxane oligomer with an epoxy group, and a catalyst on the other side of the base film. The antistatic composition solution contains 5~40wt% of cationic polymer, 0.1~15wt% of fluorine group compound, 0.1~5wt% of transparent particle, 5~20wt% of additive, and the balance of solvent.
