PURPOSE: A semi-product recycling apparatus is provided to reuse a semi-product used for molding a tire, without passing a scrap processing process. CONSTITUTION: A semi-product recycling apparatus for re-using a semi-product when changing a standard of a molding tire comprises the following: a let-off unit(10) releasing the reeled semi-product from a first reeling drum; a slitter unit(20) cutting an edge unit of the semi-product to a prefixed width; a feeding unit(30) transporting the semi-product; and a wind-up unit(40) reeling the semi-product to a second reeling drum.
