PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To house a plurality of radio base stations such as a femto base station and the like newly at a flexible timing. SOLUTION: The mobile communication method has: a step A in which a radio base station NodeB01 notifies a radio control station RNC01 of location information (positional code: bbb) of the radio base station NodeB01; a step B in which when communication of a mobile station UE via the radio base station NodeB01 and the radio control station RNC01 starts, the radio control station RNC01 notifies a switching center MSC/SGSN of the location information (positional code: bbb) of the radio base station NodeB01; and a step C in which the switching center MSC/SGSN controls each such communication based on the location information (positional code: bbb) of the radio base station NodeB01.
