PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement supporting member and a reinforcement supporting frame for reinforcement installation enabling even a beginner to be able to reliably and efficiently install reinforcements so as to be stabilized with the vertical reinforcements crossing the lateral reinforcements. SOLUTION: This reinforcement supporting member A is formed by arranging a required quantity of through holes 3 for reinforcements 2 in a sheet member 1 so as to be aligned with the arrangement intervals of the reinforcements, and inserting the reinforcements 2 into the through holes 3. The reinforcements 2 can be stably supported while maintaining the arrangement intervals of the reinforcements.
