<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery module capable of accurately detecting a cell voltage. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The battery module includes a plurality of battery cells, electrodes provided in the individual battery cells, electrode terminals 13 projected from the surface of the respective electrodes, a control unit for detecting and controlling the voltage of each battery cell, and a flexible printed circuit board for connecting the control unit and the battery cells. The flexible printed circuit board is directly connected to the electrode terminals 13, and connections 31 for connecting the flexible printed circuit board and each electrode terminal 13 is fixed by a fixing member 30.
