<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire air pressure monitor system capable of correctly identifying which tire installed in a vehicle has the air pressure included in a signal radio-transmitted from the tire. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plurality of transmission antennas 20a, 20b, 20c and 20d for transmitting signals being different each other and having predetermined patterns are installed in the vehicle body parts near each of the tires. TPMS units 10 installed in each of the tires receive the signal from transmission antennas, determine the signal pattern and transmit the signal including the air pressure detected by an air pressure sensor and the pattern information indicating the determination result of the pattern to a receiver 30 mounted on the vehicle. A control device 40 identifies which tire installed in a vehicle has the air pressure included in the signal based on the pattern information included in the signal received by the receiver 30.
