<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily connect a functional block with a refrigerant piping unit without using auxiliary piping. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A communication hole (15) communicating with a refrigerant passage (14) is formed on a flat surface (12b) of the refrigerant piping unit (10). The functional block (20) is placed on the flat surface (12b) of an upper plate (12) via an O-ring (26), and is fixed to the refrigerant piping unit (10) by fastening bolts (27).
