<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic gear block mounted to a shaft electronically controllably when two or more units of power are used. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A gear is mounted to the end of a shaft, then sandwiched by left and right gears (3), and a biometal (artificial muscle) (9) is passed through the shaft with the extended end. The shaft and power shafts (11, 12) are coupled with a magnet, thereby enabling a normal rotation-reverse rotation-stopping-locking without preventing the rotation of the power.
