<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile flush pumping type toilet bowl used by an elderly person, a patient or the like requiring the use of a toilet in a place other than a toilet space such as a hospital room or the like, and capable of solving a problem peculiar to the mobile flush pumping type toilet bowl flexibly. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A controller 6 for the mobile flush pumping type toilet bowl 10 is provided with a selection instructing means capable of performing the usual control of supply and the discharge of water during usual use of the mobile flush pumping type toilet bowl 10 and the special control of the supply and discharge of water only once each time by corresponding to an operation signal fixed in advance and inputted based on user's operation separately from the usual control of the supply and discharge of water and switching between the usual control of the supply and discharge of water and the special control of the supply and discharge of water.
