<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts, facilitate assembling, and increase strength by improving a base isolation foundation device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A body A formed by vertically stacking and connecting a plurality of horizontally long metal plates is installed between horizontal bases HS. A support body B formed by vertically stacking a plurality of horizontally long metal plates supports the body A. A plurality of support bodies BS are inserted between the support body B and the body A. The sloped surfaces formed on the support body BS are pressed against each other to attach the support body to the body A. Shaft lead elongated holes SR are formed, respectively, in the body A and the support body B, and the support body B is connected to the body A by loosely fitting a shaft S to the holes. A base plate C is connected onto a foundation base plate CS fixed to a concrete foundation with anchor bolts AB slidably in the horizontal direction. The support body B is vertically installed on the upper surface of the support body base plate C. Consequently, the vibrations in all vertical and horizontal directions transmitted from the foundation base plate CS to the base isolation foundation device can be isolated.
