PURPOSE: A non-volatile memory, a page dynamic allocation apparatus, and pages are provided to efficiently use a memory by preventing memory fragmentation through the dynamic allocation of a nonvolatile memory. CONSTITUTION: A fixed area(110) stores an operating system and pages which are used through the operating system. A first variable region(120) stores applications and pages which are used through the applications. A second variable region(130) stores pages which are easily capable being collected. The size of the second variable region is increased or decreased according to the size of the first variable region. Pages for the applications are allocated to the first variable region to solve memory fragmentation.
