<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent light source device which has high light extraction efficiency, and can improve durability without increasing a thickness. <P>SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent light source device 100 sequentially includes a first transparent electrode layer 111, a light emitting layer 121, a second transparent electrode layer 112, and a reflective layer 142 in this order from a light emitting surface side. The reflective layer 142 has a recessed/projected structure having an average inclination angle of 12-45°.
