PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of efficiently cooling sheets.

SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes: an image reading device 9 mounted in the upper part of the main unit of the image forming apparatus; a sheet ejection part 8 disposed inside the body formed by the main unit of the image forming apparatus and the image reading device 9 for ejecting sheets on which images are formed and stacking them; a cooling fan 10; and a louver 12 for controlling the direction of air from the cooling fan 10 according to the movement of a rocking lever 11 that moves by touching the sheet ejected to the sheet ejection part 8. When sheets are ejected to the sheet ejection part 8, the air is directed toward the sheets.
