PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a sufficient spray time while preventing abnormal spray. SOLUTION: An electrostatic sprayer includes a container filled with liquid, a nozzle opening inside the container, and a power source for applying a first impressed voltage to the liquid in the container and switching the polarity of a voltage between positive polarity and negative polarity to apply the voltage. The liquid to which the first impressed voltage has been applied by the power source is sprayed from the tip of the nozzle in an atomized state. A voltage controller is installed which controls the power source so that the impressed voltage applied to the liquid in the container is gradually reduced from the first impressed voltage before switching the polarity of the impressed voltage of the power source.
