PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal mold release agent for epoxy resin which is excellent in mold release property and is prevented from leaching to a surface of an epoxy resin cured product over time. SOLUTION: The internal mold release agent for epoxy resin comprises a copolymer of glycidyl (meth)acrylate and a 16-22C linear alkyl (meth)acrylate ester, wherein the copolymer has an epoxy equivalent of 1,000-4,000 g/eq and a weight-average molecular weight of 5,000-500,000.
