<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for efficiently performing measurement using an echo chamber when measurement conditions set in an opposite device are changed sequentially. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The measurement method determines, after acquiring the receiving signal quality information corresponding to a certain measurement condition, whether the receiving signal quality information corresponding to all the measuring conditions is acquired or not (Step 7), and if it is determined that the receiving signal quality information corresponding to all the measuring conditions is not obtained, sets the measurement conditions of which the receiving signal quality is not acquired yet to the opposite device (Step S1), to acquire the receiving signal quality information corresponding to the measurement condition.
