摘要 The present invention relates to a wastewater treatment apparatus and to a wastewater treatment method using same. The present invention provides a wastewater treatment apparatus for separating and purifying wastewater such that the wastewater can be discharged under a condition which satisfies environmental standards, said apparatus comprising a reactor into which wastewater is introduced from an external source, an ozone supply unit connected to the reactor to supply ozone into the reactor, a pressure regulating means for regulating the pressure in the reactor such that the ozone in the reactor is converted into supercritical fluid, a temperature control means for heating the reactor and controlling the internal temperature of the reactor such that the ozone is converted into supercritical fluid, and a discharge control means installed in the reactor to control the discharge of substances generated by a mutual reaction of the ozone and the wastewater in the reactor. According to the present invention, ozone is delivered into the reactor and converted into supercritical fluid, and the ozone which has been converted into supercritical fluid is mixed with the wastewater in the reactor by a stirring unit, thereby oxidizing the wastewater and substances in the wastewater and decomposing the wastewater and the substances into low molecular materials, and then making the decomposed materials into inorganic substances such as carbon dioxide, water, and the like, thus simplifying the wastewater treatment process, significantly shortening the time taken for wastewater treatment, shortening the time taken for the reaction between the ozone and the wastewater, increasing the reaction area between the ozone and the wastewater, and significantly improving the efficiency of wastewater treatment.
