<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seasoning powder container capable of preventing excess sprinkling of seasoning powder. <P>SOLUTION: The seasoning powder container 100 includes: a transparent container 1 for containing the seasoning powder; a cover 2 having a hole 10 for releasing the seasoning powder, arranged on top of the container 1; a power switch 3 arranged on a side surface of the cover 2; a vibration sensor 4 arranged on the cover 2; a speaker 5 for outputting a sound; a memory part provided inside the cover 2, in which a predetermined sound is memorized; a control part for controlling so as to read out the predetermined sound from the memory part based on a signal of the vibration sensor 4, and to output the sound from the speaker 5; and a power supply. The control part counts the number of vibrations of the container 1 using the signal of the vibration sensor 4, and after a predetermined number of counts, reads out the sound corresponding to the number from the memory part and outputs the sound from the speaker 5 as a warning.
