PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chromatography ligand with improved corrosion stability. SOLUTION: An alkali-stable chromatography ligand includes a B domain with two or more staphylococcus proteins A (SpA), or a Z domain with two or more staphylococcus proteins A (SpA), or these functional fragments or varieties.
