<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axis adjusting device capable of saving a space, and improving work efficiency, concerning an axis adjusting device for performing optical axis adjustment of a camera and an angle axis adjustment of a radar device. <P>SOLUTION: In a target part 103 of this axis adjusting device, a target board 102 is stuck on the reflection surface side of a reflector 101 for reflecting a radar wave transmitted from a millimeter-wave radar sensor.
