<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for predicting operating data of a non-linear process capable of predicting a value of an objective variable having temporal delay for an explanatory variable. <P>SOLUTION: This method for predicting operating data includes an extraction process for extracting, from a database in which the values of objective variables before a time t-1 prior to a specific time t and the variables of objective variables before the specific time t are stored, at least a set B of the values of the objective variables at an arbitrary time i before a time t-n and the values of explanatory variables at a time i+1, which is similar to a set A of the values of objective variables at a time t-n when the values of the latest objective functions are obtained and the values of explanatory variables at a time t-n+1; and an output process for outputting the values of the objective variables at the time i+1 of the extracted set B as the prediction values of the objective variables at the time t-n+1, wherein at least temporal deviation between the objective variable and the explanatory variable is considered when determining whether or not the sets are similar in the extraction process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
