<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an interconnect sheet capable of preventing curving and cracking of a back electrode solar cell and also preventing a defect in connection between an interconnect material and the electrode of the back electrode solar cell; a solar cell with an interconnect cell; a solar cell module; and a method of manufacturing the solar cell with the interconnect sheet and a method of manufacturing the solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: The interconnect sheet for installing the back electrode solar cell includes an insulating base and an interconnect material installed on one surface of the insulating base material and has an expansion/contraction-preventing material for preventing expansion and contraction of the interconnect sheet on the opposite side of the insulating base from the installation side of the interconnect material.
