PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fuel consumption during execution of neutral control. SOLUTION: An electronic control valve 4600 is provided in a line-pressure oil passage 4010 connecting an oil pump 4004 with a primary regulator valve 4006. The electronic control valve 4600 is connected to the line-pressure oil passage 4010 between the oil pump 4004 and the primary regulator valve 4006. The electronic control valve 4600 is controlled so as to open during execution of neutral control.
