<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thin layer greening intended for solving such problems that thin layer greening and reduction of a management such as watering are demanded in greening of a rooftop and a wall surface, and a greening technology in a highly inclined land, using an adhesive has weak adhesibility and water resistance, so an object to assist adhesiveness, such as a wire net is required. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The thin layer greening is such that a structure of a vegetation base is formed by applying water absorbing function and moisture expansion characteristics of powdery sodium acrylate-bridged polymer resin or sodium polyphosphate-bridged polymer resin, mixing and stirring a synthetic liquid in which an added water amount is gelatinized to fix a water content, and a humidity hardening polyurethane resin liquid, and forming a hydrated water retaining foam by a moisture foaming reaction to make a resin vegetation base by resin. The thin layer greening and reduction of management such as watering are achieved by relatively increasing water retainability, and drying resistance of plants by using sodium contained in the resin vegetation base and suppressing a transpiration power of soil and plants.
